The publication and its readers
Fractional CTO Service is an independent publication about fractional CTO services. Its pages cover what those services are, how engagements are structured, what they cost, and how a company chooses and governs one. The readers are the people who make those decisions: founders, boards, chief executives and hiring managers at small and mid-sized companies. The publication sells nothing of fractional CTO services. It runs nothing but its pages.
Drafting and approval
Each page is drafted with AI. A person then reads the draft and approves it before it is published. That person checks the claims against the sources the draft relies on, and either approves the page or returns it for revision. No page is published without that approval.
Citations and corrections
A source is cited in the sentence that uses it. The source must come from a publisher the platform accepts. If a claim cannot be tied to such a source, the page does not make it. Quotation marks are reserved for words quoted from a named person or a named document. When a page is found to be wrong, the publication corrects it. Corrections are made on the page itself.
